My Approach

I've spent nearly thirty years as an employee. I've been through layoffs, unnecessary restructuring and multiple consultant engagements on the customer side. I've worked on good teams and I've worked on bad teams. I know the difference between showing up to a job that drains you and showing up to one where you feel seen, appreciated, and part of something that works.

That experience is what shapes how I work with businesses. It's not theory. I've lived it from the inside, and that's exactly where your team is living it right now.

When it comes to AI, large corporations were quick to see it as a way to gut their workforce and replace it with something that runs 24/7, never takes vacation, and never calls in sick. It didn't work out that way. Compute costs are rising. Measurable returns are hard to find. A lot of money got thrown at the wall without a clear way to know what was sticking, or if anything was.

Small businesses don't have deep pockets. Every dollar spent needs to do something real.

That's why I don't sell solutions for the sake of selling solutions. I find out what a team actually needs, figure out the right way to provide it, and make sure they know how to use it before I step back. The goal isn't to replace anyone. It's to give your team the tools and confidence to become more capable, more balanced, and more excited about the work in front of them.
